I have a bunch of books that are not on the archive that where published before 1922 (does this automaticly make them PD?) I also have a scanner and a bunch of free time over the summer ... after reading the FAQ i could'nt figure out what format scanned books should be in and if they can be uploaded to the archive servers?? can someone fill me in, thanks

This is great! We would love your books.
The quick answer is: we scan books at 300 resolution in .tiff format. If you send a short email to info@archive.org, we can contact you and give you more detailed guidelines.
